Moe Shoujo Ryouiki was a circle mainly focused on producing doujins, serialized manga and 4-komas. The group was active in mainland China, Hong-Long, Macau, Taiwan and Japan.
The name of the circle is derived from the second opening of the Rozen Maiden anime, and the first works it produced were themselves related to Rozen Maiden.
Touhou Project entered the circle's focus in 2009, which is also around when they decided to increase their participation into the Japanese doujin scene.
They also sold doujins on behalf of other circles.
Social network activity seems to have ceased in 2014.
