Kyousei Scanlation Department
Kyousei Is Unfair! Former Employees Risk Everything to Leak Company Internal Documents!
We are Tix and Deco, recently fired from Kyousei Corporation. President Washizu gave us no severance pay whatsoever; instead, he ordered his men to tie us up and beat us. We tried many ways to fight back, but all failed. With no other options, we are turning to the internet for help.
Last year, we passed interviews and joined Kyousei's newly established Scanlation Department, responsible for scanning manga (the very manga we're releasing). Our salary was very low, far below market rate. We brought this up to President Washizu, but nothing came of it. Last month, another company in the same industry offered us a high salary to jump ship. We were thrilled and immediately resigned from Kyousei, thinking we had finally escaped a dead end; little did we know this was the beginning of hell. It was all a plot by Washizu!
We signed the contract at the new company, but before we could even start working, HR took us to meet the new company's president. And guess who it was? Hayabusa! He's Washizu's dog, and he's done a lot of dirty work for Washizu. He smiled and told us we were fired. That's when we realized the "high paying job" was a trick by Washizu to get us to leave without paying any compensation.
As we were walking away, still reeling from the shock of being deceived, the Kyousei Secretary, Washizu's other dog, came to find us. He told us we owed Kyousei 5 million yen! We were shocked. What had we even done to owe that much? The Secretary pulled out a document saying we had violated an NDA, and it had our own signatures on it! We don't remember signing anything like that, nor did we even know what an NDA was. The Secretary explained that it forbids us from working for any competitor within five years after leaving Kyousei, even for just ten minutes. Those ten minutes we worked at Hayabusa's company made us liable for 5 million yen. We couldn't come up with that kind of money even if we sold ourselves!
We thought about it for a long time and decided to go to court to seek justice. But on the way to the courthouse, when we passed through an empty alley, someone threw burlap sacks over our heads and started beating us. Trapped inside the sacks, we couldn't dodge or fight back. We didn't even know who was hitting us. All we heard after the beating was: "If you ever do anything to harm Washizu sama again, we'll kill you for sure!"
We are risking our lives to leak these company internal documents; these are the results of our work during our time at Kyousei. Please help us. We really need help. Thank you.
ps: Feel free to rephrase this to make it sound more tactful and not too extreme. After all, if President Washizu ever asks us to come back, we'll still wag our tails and crawl right back. Also, delete this note before posting.
