Sakana Desu Scans

Basically, we're a group of RL friends who randomly decided to create a randomly named scanlation group of sorts.

For the uninformed, Sakana Desu translates literally to "It's a fish" in Japanese. You may consider it the universal answer to everything and anything, including "What in the world is the Merlion exactly?" or "Who could possibly be the most underrated Japanese artist?" You may also consider it to be an abbreviation of the name we wanted to use before sadly discarding it, that is, さあ～かな？です. Need I explain why? More importantly, however, the initials SDS may also stand for Sirane and Demiotaku, the respective pseudonyms we use online. In other words, S+D Scans. But Sakana Desu Scans obviously both looks and sounds better as a scanlation group name, so.
