Two geniuses who made a name for themselves in the middle school baseball world but had distanced themselves from baseball have serendipitously come together at an obsecure public high school in Tokyo.

Kiyomine Haruka, a pitcher with a flawless, powerful arm. His battery partner, the shrewd catcher known as the 'General', Kaname Kei (who's currently a complete amateur due to memory loss!). And then there are those who once fell in defeat to these two...
