Turandot

Princess Turandot is the cynosure of the Chinese Empire, and she knows it. Thus, she states she'll only marry a man of royal blood who solves her three riddles, on pain of death for failing. After many princes meet their unfortunate end by taking the challenge, enter Prince Calaf of Tartary, who's instantly besotted, and who vows to finally defeat the cold princess and win her heart.
